Janet Catalan is a Regional Manager for ADP in the Consultative Division, where she leads a team providing strategic advisory and a wide range of Human Resource services to small business owners. In addition, she is partnering across ADP to further its’ commitment to Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Belonging through participation on several cross-functional initiatives.
Prior to ADP, Janet worked at Verizon for almost 20 years, she started in Retail Sales and continuously progressed through multiple leadership roles. In her last position at Verizon, she held the position of Director, Multicultural Strategy and DEI. This role began as a regional project and transformed to national multicultural diversity initiative, with an ultimate focus on the Hispanic market. A first-generation Mexican American, she is committed to helping companies better understand underrepresented populations and helping others make and find their own opportunities.
An active volunteer, Janet enjoys serving and helping inspire and celebrate the Hispanic community.
