Scott N. Mesa is a key figure in the advancement of Latino professionals, serving as Executive Director on the National Board of Latino Professionals (LP), a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering Latino/a/x professionals through networking and meaningful partnerships with non-profits and foundations. As the founding President of the Orange County chapter, Scott has been instrumental in launching initiatives that strengthen professional development and drive impactful community engagement.

In addition to his leadership within LP, Scott is a devoted family man, sharing his life in Orange County with his college sweetheart and their two daughters.

Professionally, Scott is a highly respected CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and CERTIFIED EXIT PLANNING ADVISOR, known for his commitment to guiding clients in tax, estate and exit planning. He is an active member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) of Orange County, the Exit Planning Institute, and the CFA Society of Orange County. Scott also maintains strong ties to his alma mater, Alfred State College, as part of its Orange County Alumni Association.
