Daniela (Dani) Herrera is a bilingual, award-winning, Diversity and Inclusion Professional with 17+ years of experience in Talent Operations, Recruitment, and Leadership. She is radically committed to building cultures that attract and retain diverse talent, strategies that foster inclusion and belonging, processes that minimize biases, and systems that elevate historically excluded voices and talent, especially the Latine Community.
Among many other things, Dani is a DE&I Consultant and Speaker; the Awareness and Advocacy Founding Partner at Allies in Recruiting; one of the Founding Members at The Talent Equity Alliance, a Career Coach and Mentor, and a Content Creator.
