1 – Term of Agreement

This Membership Agreement will remain in effect for 12 months (“Term”). At the end of the Term this Membership Agreement shall automatically renew on a month-to-month basis, unless this Membership Agreement is terminated by either party according to this Agreement.

2 - Termination

Latino Professionals may terminate the Member’s membership if the Member: (a) breaches this Agreement; (b) fails to follow all of Latino Professionals Rules; or (c) acts in any way that is in the sole discretion of Latino Professionals is offensive to or endangers the well-being of Latino Professionals staff or other members. At the end of the Term, the Member may terminate this Agreement by providing Latino Professionals with 30 days’ notice.

3 - Orientation

The Member are encouraged to participate in a New Member Orientation Tour prior to participating in any Latino Professionals events or services, including but not limited to Latino Professionals scheduled / non-scheduled programs and events. It is the Member’s responsibility to follow all of Latino Professionals Rules.

4 - No Show Policies

Class, course, and event are limited, and reserving a spot can potentially mean another person cannot attend. If a Member is absent from a previously reserved Class, the Member will be charged a $6.00 Penalty. If a member is absent from a reserved Class more than 3 times, Latino Professionals may remove the Member’s privilege of making reservations. In other words, you will only be able to show up on a first come, first serve basis and participate when there are spots available.

5 - Account Balance

The Member’s account balance must be paid in full prior to attending a class, course, or event. If the Member has a charge to their account, the Member must pay the remaining balance prior or during their next class, course, and event. If the Member fails to do so, this may result in suspension of their membership, and the Member will be subject to a $50 reinitiation fee.

6 - Payments

We do not accept cheques as payment for individual accounts. Payment methods accepted are Cash, Debit, VISA, and Mastercard. Valid credit card information is required.

7 - Refund Policy

There are no refunds for any of our Classes, products or other services.

8 - EFT Authorization

The Member acknowledges and agrees as follows: I authorize Latino Professionals Inc. to debit my bank account specified above on the 1st day of each month, as required for my membership fees and all related payments according to this Membership Agreement. I acknowledge and agree that I may with 30 days’ written notice revoke this authorization at any time, but such revocation does not constitute a cancelation of my membership or a termination of this Membership Agreement, and I am still required to make all payments to Latino Professionals according to this Membership Agreement.

9 - Legal

The Member acknowledges and agrees as follows:
• I agree that I will keep membership and pay the dues specified in my signed Membership Agreement.
• I agree that might rights and obligations under this Membership Agreement are exclusive to me and are not transferable to another person.
• I agree that I will comply with all the rules of Latino Professionals.
• I have read, understood and executed the Latino Professionals, which forms part of this Agreement.
• Failure to attend the class, courses, and events does not relieve my obligation to pay the “No Show Penalty”
• I acknowledge having read and receiving a copy of this Agreement.

The member agrees to the above Terms and Conditions, as well as Latino Professionals Rules and any updates thereto. Latino Professionals will make the necessary announcements regarding any changes, but it will be the client’s responsibility to stay current with any changes to Latino Professionals Rules.
